We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a well-regarded special school in Hailsham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who benefit from a nurturing and structured learning environment.

In this role, you will work closely with teaching and senior staff to support pupils' learning, wellbeing, and personal development. Your support will play a vital part in helping students reach their full potential in a safe and supportive setting.

Provide day-to-day classroom support, ensuring pupils are safe, engaged, and accessing learning
