Summary
- Monday to Friday
- 3 Shift pattern: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 10am – 7pm, which can be discussed at interview
- One Saturday in 4 from 7am – 4pm with a day in lieu off during that week
- 40 hours per week

About the Role:
- Inspecting and performing maintenance activity of Mechanical Building Services equipment such as heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems,sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units and BMS systems and otherequipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.
- Monitor site performance of sub-contractors
- Use of IT systems (Handheld device)
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo's procedures and the latest legislation, to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for:
- Minimum NVQ2 in plumbing or a mechanical related discipline
- Experience in Mechanical building services and plant engineering with a good working knowledge of Plumbing
- Experience of PPM, Reactive and Installation Work
- Good written and verbal communication
