Job Description:
- 3rd Line support
- Support Windows 11 deployment project
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.
- Install, configure, and test hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to end users.
- Maintain accurate service records and deployment documentation.
