Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in their daily activities. This role focuses on promoting independence, confidence, and life skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include helping individuals with tasks, activities, and engaging in community activities. Please note: this position does not involve any personal care duties.
The role will involve producing support plans and keeping up to date with the client’s family and care provider e.g. Leeds City Council. Accurate record keeping will be essential.
