Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant: Person Specification
• Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ideal candidate will be a graduate in ANY subject area from Oxford, Cambridge or another top-tier university (Must have been graded 2:2 or higher in degree)
• As a Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant you should: Have some experience working with young people in some capacity is desirable but not essential
• Strong traits of mentorship – proven through a guiding and confident personality or previous relevant experience
• Clear vision for success alongside high expectations and standards

As a Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide both 1-1 and small group intervention sessions to learners across KS3, 4 & 5 within your subject specialisms
• Coach students with Oxbridge applications to ensure success and confidence
• Build meaningful relationships with students that will positively influence their school experience
• Be present in lessons to aid learning outcomes set by the teacher
• Enjoy the opportunity to plan your own tutoring sessions aimed at deepening understandings with a range of learners
• Weekly training opportunities showing you the proper educational practice and strengthening your skillset
• This Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant role is full-time. You will follow the school week, working Monday-Friday; 8:30am to 4:00pm daily during term-time.
