Purpose of the role
We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and skilled Digital Manager to lead the development and delivery of Brook's digital platforms. In this pivotal role, you will manage our website and intranet, support our growing digital learning platform, Brook Learn, oversee digital marketing activity and coordinate innovative digital projects that improve and enhance our services.
You will work closely with teams across Brook as well as external partners, using your expertise to help shape content, optimise the user experience and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Essential criteria
Experience of working within a digital project or digital product management environment
Experience of website management, content development and digital marketing.
Experience working with third-party organisation or collaborative partners.
Excellent understanding of digital tools, technologies, and platforms
A strong understanding of SEO, page optimisation, and website copywriting
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords
Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience

Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours per week
(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
Contract: Permanent
