Summary
Total Social are working with Bath and North East Somerset Council who are looking for an experienced locum Adults Social Worker for their Learning Disability and Autism Service.
This will be completing Care Act Assessments and Reviews, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments and proceed with support planning through our Brokerage service.
This is targeted work on our 'longest waits' from our waiting list whether that be for an annual review, unscheduled review or first Care Act Assessment.
Previous experience of working within Learning Disabilities and Autism required
Previous experience of using Liquid Logic preferred
