This is a key role supporting continued growth and our client is looking for someone with a strong administrative background, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to support both landlords and tenants while maintaining high standards of compliance and communication. The position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-focused and eager to grow within an innovative and supportive team.

If you are ready to be part of a successful, forward-thinking company where development and enjoyment at work go hand-in-hand, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
• Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant and landlord communications.
• Handle incoming maintenance queries and manage a network of approved contractors.
• Support compliance processes including booking and tracking Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs, and Inventories.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections, property inspections, and assist with move-out reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records, including database and filing systems.
• Provide sales support one day per week: organising and conducting viewings, delivering feedback, and liaising with the Sales team.
• Learn and utilise industry-specific software (training provided) to manage lettings, maintenance, and sales records.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep internal communication boards and systems updated to reflect accurate property statuses.
• Answer calls and office enquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer care.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate processing of contractor payments.

Skills and Experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• High level of written and verbal communication; confident handling calls and client-facing interactions.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Word and basic spreadsheet use.
• Clean UK driving licence (essential for property visits).
• Proactive, people-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team structure.
• Previous experience in property, lettings, or customer service preferred but not essential—full training provided.
