Summary
Oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage reservations, address customer enquiries, and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining atmosphere at all times.
Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and support staff development.
