Supporting the Registered Manager, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care for the children.
You should hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) and be willing and able to undertake Level 5 Diploma Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children & Young Peoples Services with Children & Young Persons Residential Management Pathway (or equivalent).
