Summary
An extremely well regarded and long established high street style law is looking to add and additional lawyer to their residential property team in their Derby office.
The successful candidate for this position will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer with upwards of 2 years PQE in dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
You will have a good knowledge and experience of the broad range of matters pertaining to residential property including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage transactions.
This is a firm which has a quality over quantity approach and has an emphasis on individual client service.
The role would therefore suit lawyers who prefer a more traditional way of providing conveyancing services with the opportunity to build up long lasting relationships with clients.
That is not to say this is an "old fashioned" team or firm as they invest in technology across the firm that works alongside and compliments, rather than replaces, personal service and human interaction.
