We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join a well-respected, award-winning automotive dealership in Epsom. Whether you’re an experienced car sales professional or a top performer from another customer-focused sector, this is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, rewarding role with full manufacturer training provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivering a first-class sales experience to every customer
- Matching customer needs with the right vehicle and finance package
- Presenting clear, honest quotations—including finance, insurance, and extras
- Handling part exchanges, negotiating confidently, and sealing the deal
- Offering aftercare that turns buyers into loyal, long-term customers
- Supporting day-to-day dealership operations—teamwork is key
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years in automotive sales or similar high-performance sales environment
- A full UK driving licence
- Passion for cars and delivering unbeatable customer service
- Self-motivation, hunger to hit targets, and a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude
