Pay: £12.21 – £13.41 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
Holiday pay accrued at 12.07%
Location: Wellingborough
Shifts Available:
- Days: 6:54am – 3:00pm
- Backs: 2:54pm – 11:00pm
- Nights: 10:54pm – 7:00am

The role:
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production facility in Wellingborough. This is a practical, team-based role in a busy environment. A paid induction and Food Safety Level 2 certification are required before starting.
Key duties:
- Assist with the smooth running of the production line
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Perform quality checks to meet product and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area using 6S principles
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable
