You will be responsible for providing engaging teaching, learning, and assessment, developing comprehensive schemes of work, and fostering an environment where students are motivated to achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, prepare, and develop effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching and learning resources, including online learning.
Deliver inspiring sessions using a wide range of teaching methods across the curriculum.
Develop and employ effective assessment activities and provide constructive, timely feedback to motivate learners.
Create and monitor SMART learning targets, implementing positive interventions when needed.
Apply theoretical understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
Employ effective delivery methods, including blended and technology-enhanced learning.
Carry out internal verification duties in line with quality assurance processes.
Undertake review processes to improve courses and implement strategies for high levels of retention, achievement, success, and attendance.
Develop strong relationships with learners and contribute to marketing, IAG, and enrolment processes.
Participate in student recruitment activities, quality and professional standards, and examination processes.
Ensure effective Induction programmes are delivered for learners and contribute to team meetings.
Deliver all components of the study program, including English, Maths, and Work Experience, encouraging entrepreneurism.




Who We're Looking For:

Minimum Level 3 or 4, HND, degree, or professional industry qualifications relevant to the subject.
Good general level of education, including Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Essential industry/commercial experience in Beauty.
Up-to-date knowledge of current initiatives impacting the vocational area.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
Strong decision-making, time management, administration, and organisation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their optimum.
Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and flexible towards different learner needs.
Ability to provide productive insight into review processes and program development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
