Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team for a refurbishment project on a university campus and student accommodation in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented tradespeople to be part of an active, well-organised site through the busy summer period.
Key Responsibilities:-
Internal and external painting and decorating

Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming)

Applying finishes to a high standard in student living and educational spaces

Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Proven experience in painting and decorating (refurbishment work preferred)

Own tools and PPE

Ability to work efficiently and to a professional standard

Good communication and reliability
