What you'll be doing:
You'll visit people in their own homes across Bournemouth, helping them live safely and comfortably after a hospital stay. Your role will include:
• Personal care and support with daily tasks
• Administering medication
• Monitoring recovery progress and keeping care records
• Helping individuals rebuild confidence and connect with local services
• Working as part of a therapy-led team focused on recovery and independence
What you need:
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience in the past 3 years
• Medication administration training
• Driving licence and access to your own car
• Right to work in the UK
• Confidence using moving and handling equipment
• A caring nature, with strong communication and teamwork skills
