Full-Time Hours, All Year Round
Are you a caring and committed Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real difference?
Our client, a welcoming and family-owned nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team in either the toddler or pre-school room.
Set in a bright, well-resourced space with a strong focus on outdoor play, the nursery features a large all-weather outdoor area, complete with a mud kitchen and natural playground. The setting prides itself on offering a nurturing, inclusive space for both children and staff to grow.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work closely with your room team to provide a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 2–5. Whether you're based in the toddler or pre-school room, you'll play a key role in supporting children’s development through play, creativity, and exploration.

What’s in It for You
- £13–£13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Training and development opportunities to support your career progression.
- An extra day off for your birthday – just for you!
- Discounted childcare for your family.
- Uniform provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and wellbeing.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
- Monitor and record each child’s development and progress.
- Ensure the room is always safe, inclusive, and well-organised.
