Edinburgh Medical School are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of School, a pivotal role supporting the School’s leadership and providing vital administration support to the Edinburgh Medical School.
The Opportunity:
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
The salary for this post is £34,132 to £39,355 per annum.
Your skills and attributes for success:
3+ years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
Demonstrable ability to work independently and juggle a changing workload
Detail-oriented, with demonstrable problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
