Summary
Site Administrator – Construction
Start Date: 01/07
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
Interviews ASAP
We are currently seeking a Site Administrator with previous construction experience for an immediate start. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a busy construction site team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and transfer timesheets & annual leave forms
Organise Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) into project folders
Support site waste management & maintain plant hire records
Save goods received notes accurately to project folders
Cost and record delivery tickets using Papyrus
Complete plant transfer and pricing/order requests
Assist in organising Occupational Health Checks
Perform reception duties: answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail/deliveries
Monitor and manage PPE stock levels
Assist in regular site audits (e.g. fire alarm tests)
Update Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs)
Ensure WTNs are accurate and complete
