Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with moving and handling following care plans
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Support individuals with daily living tasks and promote independence

Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Business insurance cover for your vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience in a care setting, including moving and handling and medication administration
• A caring, patient, and reliable nature
• Right to work in the UK
