Summary
The role of the Support Manager is a challenging, varied and rewarding position.
We have a vacancy for a Support Manager for the Work and Health Programme to support people with disabilities and complex barriers and the long term unemployed into employment.
The successful applicant will provide support to clients, assess and review referrals to the service and advise on future employment and career options, liaise with employers and referring organisations, help with job searching and post-employment support.
Facilitate and support customers both individually and in groups with their “Search for Work” and learning activities.
