Our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and Change Delivery Team, part of our Policy, Change and Customer Services, play a key role in delivering priority projects and transformative programmes across the Council.

About the role
Our Change Delivery Analyst roles are designed to be multi-disciplinary, offering both flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.
As a Change Delivery Analyst, your immediate focus will be to:
Manage small projects independently, or sub-projects as part of a small team, actively participating across the full delivery lifecycle
Apply strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills to drive successful outcomes
Contribute to the development and refinement of our methodologies (e.g. project management, business analysis and change management), incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
About you
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our Change Delivery Team, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to make a real difference in public service.
Key experience and skills we are looking for from the candidate:
Proven experience in delivering small projects to completion, with a track record of successful delivery
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills to drive successful outcomes
A collaborative mindset
A genuine passion for delivering meaningful change within a public sector context
Experience in managing stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business analysis, business change, user-centred design or procurement project management
