Proven experience in delivering small projects to completion, with a track record of successful delivery
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills to drive successful outcomes
A collaborative mindset
A genuine passion for delivering meaningful change within a public sector context
Experience in managing stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business analysis, business change, user-centred design or procurement project management

Be Ambitious - be demanding of our own performance – striving to be even better – and be prepared to engage with and challenge leaders in a constructive and positive way

Make a Difference to Reading - maintain the highest levels of customer service and be flexible and willing to provide the services needed at the time they are needed
