Summary

Admin Assistant – Shepton Mallet - £22.5k per annum + benefits

Our client is a well-established Law firm based in Shepton Mallet; due to their continued success they are now expanding their team and recruiting for an Admin Assistant join their Exchange & Completions department to support the Legal and Conveyancing teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assisting the Legal Team in the management of caseload by actioning legal procedures and dealing with file related queries either face to face or by telephone
• Preparation, checking and sending of documents
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is sent to clients on time and explained fully
• Provide clients with real time updates
• Ensure that key date stages are updated on the system

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

• An interest or experience within the legal sector
• Experience working within a busy office environment
• Have the ability to work to a high standard
• Have good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
