What We Offer
- Competitive Pay Rates (per hour worked)
- Guaranteed Minimum: 8 hours per day
- Consistent Rate: Your shift rate holds for the entire shift
- Flexible Shifts: Early mornings, late finishes, weekend options
- Regular Deliveries: 3–6 store drops per shift
- Structured Induction & Training: Assessment & paid induction
Pay Rates
- Monday–Friday (All hours): £16.14/hr
- Saturday (All hours): £18.30/hr
- Sunday & Bank Holidays (All hours): £19.30/hr
30-minute unpaid break deducted per shift.
Typical Shift Pattern
- Start Times: Between 03:00 and 15:00
- Shift Length: 8–13 hours
- Deliveries: 3–6 store drops per shift
Recruitment Process
- Assessment (≈4 hours)
- Written test on Working Time Directive (WTD) & Highway Code
- Practical drive assessment
- Paid Induction (8 hours)
- On-the-job introduction to your regular route
- Scheduled at the end of your assessment week or the following week
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ recent UK Class 2 driving experience
- Good command of spoken English
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights & weekends as required
