Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri - office based
As Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and legal compliance of residential properties by coordinating and administrating statutory compliance activities. This includes managing service regimes for Gas Safety, Water Hygiene (including Legionella), and other key compliance areas. You will act as a central liaison between sub-contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure services are carried out within regulatory timeframes and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Arrange for bulk uploading of compliance related service regimes and ensure that anniversary dates fall within the required timeframes.
• Raise and send orders to specialist sub-contractors for the compliance service regime to be completed
• Agree on appointment dates and where required write and send out appointment letters
• Constantly liaising with sub-contractors to ensure that they attend when they say and that the servicing is completed
• Chase sub-contractors for servicing, testing and commissioning forms
• Review documents and where additional work are required ensure these are agreed with the Compliance Manager and Commercial team that has been approved prior by the client, raise order for remediation works and allocate works to sub-contractor.
• Upload all compliance related testing, servicing and commissioning documentation on to the compliance sharepoint site, compliance operating system and the clients compliance system
• Gather data for month end reporting
• Raising early warning alerts to the compliance manager in the event that a compliance element could expire its anniversary date so that immediate and effective action can be taken
• Working closely with the planned works, voids and repairs teams to ensure that core compliance data is captured and uploaded on to CARDO and the clients systems, ie EICR testing, Gas Servicing etc.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in Compliance
• Social Housing background essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
