The role – Estate Services Team Leader

As the Team Leader you will be an integral part of the Estate services team, working closely with the other three Team Leaders and the Estate Services Manager to deliver a quality Caretaking service which has such an impact on our residents lives.

What you’ll do

You will

Manage the day to day Caretaking/Cleaning service and a team of Caretakers
Complete monthly Estate Inspections & Safety Observations
Oversee Grounds Maintenance, Window Cleaning works carried out by contractors
What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience managing a team of people
Experience with H&S within a Caretaking setting
Good IT & literacy skills
The ability to work on their own initiative
A driving license and access to a car
