Summary

Job Outline:

Working as part of the Education and Employability Team, the role will deliver on
the MFC Foundation’s education programmes including Premier League Inspires
and Premier League Kicks.
The delivery will focus on high-quality, engaging activity including educational
workshops, interventions, mentoring and other sports and physical activity.

Role Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver a range of educational workshops in secondary schools as well as
breakfast/lunchtime/after-school provision and activities for teacher planning,
preparation and assessment time cover
• Deliver a range of targeted interventions to children in secondary schools
• Support with the mentoring and support of young people engaged in
secondary schools and/or employability programmes
• Support with the delivery and facilitation of afternoon, evening and weekend
provision in the local community related to employability, health and wellbeing
and social inclusion and supporting the club
• Support the development of relationships with local partners and participants
Engage in the planning and development of lessons/sessions in line with
stakeholder frameworks
• Support the relevant Officer and Coordinator to design and adapt the content of
delivery to meet the needs of target groups for our offer
• Promote the vision, mission and core values of the Foundation
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive practices, adapting resources
and engagements to ensure equal opportunities for all
• Ensure all programme data collection, monitoring and evaluation of the
programmes is being undertaken to a high standard and within identified
deadlines
• Working with the Data and Impact Coordinator, review and analyse data and
outcomes to ensure delivery is on track and to best communicate the impact
including leading on regular data collection, monitoring and evaluation of all
delivery, completing monitoring reports to a high standard and within identified
deadlines. Follow and embed GDPR requirements across the programmes and
staff
