Are you passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential?
Forever Savvy is looking for a dedicated Support Worker/Job Coach to join our friendly team across Horse Savvy, Creative Savvy, and our vibrant Café for the community. You'll be supporting adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities through meaningful, hands-on work experiences.
At Creative Savvy, we grow produce in our allotment-style garden and create handmade wooden products from recycled pallets. At Horse Savvy, you’ll work in an outdoor equestrian setting, caring for animals like horses, guinea pigs, and chickens. Our café project offers a lively, customer-facing environment where clients gain valuable skills in food preparation, service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:
• Support and inspire individuals with learning disabilities in gardening, woodworking, animal care, and café work
• Help build confidence, independence, and workplace skills
• Be a positive role model and create a supportive, encouraging environment
• Work outdoors year-round and in a busy café setting
• Promote teamwork, life skills, and personal development

What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for making a difference
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a café environment
• Experience or interest in gardening, woodworking, hospitality, or animal care
• A friendly, motivating presence with a can-do attitude
• Own transport with business insurance (essential)
No prior experience in social care required—just a desire to help others thrive! Full training and development provided.
