The role:
Our client is seeking a General Licensing Officer to support the General Licensing Team. This role is primarily administrative and covers licensing activities such as taxis, alcohol, entertainment, gambling, and road closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle licensing processes across multiple areas
Liaise with customers and stakeholders via phone, video, and email
Maintain accurate records and follow procedures
Support occasional evening operations
What the client is looking for:
Strong communication and organisational skills
GCSE-level education or equivalent
Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Customer service experience and ability to manage high workloads
