The role:
Our client is seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor to join a busy local authority legal team. You’ll deliver efficient, solution-focused advice on employment law, including tribunal matters, and ensure our client meets its legal duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and draft documentation
Represent our client at tribunals and hearings
Manage a personal caseload using a case management system
Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
Ensure high standards of legal service delivery
What the client is looking for:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx
Strong experience in employment law and advocacy
Confident drafting complex legal documents
Knowledge of local government law
