Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors wish to appoint an organised, experienced and skilful Examinations Officer. You will work alongside a team of colleagues who deliver exceptional service to students and teaching staff in our large school. The successful applicant will help deliver a wide range of assessment and examination processes offered in the School and College. You will join a highly effective, supportive and organised department. Opportunities for career progression and management responsibilities are encouraged and supported through a continuous professional development programme. Our exam process is digital and ICT skills are crucial to the role alongside the ability to be proactive and work in a diverse and energetic environment. The role includes the logistical aspects of Public and Pre-public examinations, managing the secure preparation of all examination materials, and the analysis and publication of examination results and reports. The ideal candidates will: Have demonstrable experience of working in an office-based role | Possess excellent organisational, communication and numerical skills and the ability to display sensitivity when handling difficult situations | Have a high level of computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications | Possess the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
