Templars Academy is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with social and emotional needs. You will work closely with the MAT Safeguarding Lead, engage with families, and ensure that children can access education effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering a range of programmes tailored to meet pupil needs and collaborating with teachers to support children within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to children with social and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with the MAT Safeguarding Lead to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Engage with families to build strong, supportive relationships and facilitate effective communication.
• Develop and deliver programmes aimed at addressing the specific needs of pupils.
• Work alongside teachers to provide in-class support and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of students under your care.
