Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Lead who is looking to lead our motivated and committed team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will bring organisation and commitment to this role, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard. You will need to be personable and have good communication skills.

The administration team provides the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families and visitors to the school. The ability to keep a cool head under pressure is essential, as is a friendly and professional approach with all staff, children, parents and visitors alike. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and an excellent level of IT skills are desirable, attention to detail is essential.

Reporting directly to the school’s Leadership Team & Head of Schools, the HR Lead is to make sure that the effective and efficient administration supports the strategic aims and day-to-day operation of the school and lines manages all administrators with the office operational function.

• The HR Lead has responsibility for the development and maintenance of the school’s personnel information and management systems.
• To be responsible for the delivery of all the agreed LAT HR processes and practices alongside the Lion Academy Trust Head of HR.
