Summary
Job Opportunity: Window Cleaner (Based in Louth)
Part-Time Position with Full Training Provided
We are a professional window cleaning company based in Louth, serving Louth and the surrounding villages. Our core services include residential and commercial window cleaning, as well as gutter clearing, fascia cleaning, and conservatory roof cleaning. Most of our work is carried out using the water-fed pole system from the ground, although traditional hand cleaning and ladder work are also used where appropriate.
We’re currently looking for a Window Cleaner to join our growing team.
Experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Window cleaning using water-fed pole system and traditional methods
Use of ladders when required
Gutter clearing (with vacuum system and ladders)
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Driving to and from customer locations
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
What We Offer:
Part-time PAYE employment
17 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
Pension scheme
Uniform provided
Salary plus productivity bonus
Progression to full-time hours (up to 42.5 per week) as the business grows
Use of company van and equipment once trained and competent
What We’re Looking For:
A polite, well-mannered individual with a strong work ethic
Someone who takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction
A full UK driving licence
The ability to travel to our base in Louth
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
You will begin working as part of a two-person team while you gain experience. Once fully trained and confident, you’ll work independently with your own equipment and vehicle.
