About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting both pupils and the class teacher. Your responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, including:

- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with pupils, teachers, and parents.
- A proactive and flexible approach to your work, ready to adapt to the dynamic nature of a school environment.
- Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are beneficial but not essential if you possess the right attitude and experience.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
