Are you an experienced manufacturing finance professional looking to make a tangible impact? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Manufacturing Accountant to join our team in Swindon. You'll partner closely with Manufacturing Site and Commercial Managers across the business, providing financial insight that drives informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with manufacturing and commercial teams
- Monthly stock reconciliations and standard costings
- Variance analysis and insight-driven reporting
- Development of manufacturing KPIs and forecasting
- Supporting pricing strategies and project accounting
- Involvement in system improvements and stocktakes across UK sites
About You:
- A strong background in manufacturing accounting is desirable
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset
- Experience in standard costing, project accounting, and fast-paced growth environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with occasional travel to UK manufacturing site
