Summary

Electrical Technician | Join Our Team!

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and proactive Electrical Technician ready for your next challenge? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our facilities team. This is a vital role responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and optimal operation of all electrical equipment and services across our college sites.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections (PPM) and meticulously document all findings and remedial works.
  • Execute a variety of electrical reactive jobs and undertake installation projects across all college campuses.
  • Ensure all certificates are completed promptly after every installation or repair.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to commencing any work.
  • Carry out electrical inspection and testing functions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding and commitment to health and safety management.
  • Some experience in work planning.
  • Excellent customer care and relationship-building skills, with clear communication.
  • The ability to manage and adapt to change within procedures.
