Looking for more balance, a team that truly supports you, and a setting where your passion is recognised? Our client, a warm, child-centred nursery in Woking is hiring a caring, creative and committed Early Years Practitioner to join their welcoming team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with 2-year-olds in a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally rich environment — all while enjoying a 4-day work week and real flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (Level 3 preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a childcare setting
  • A warm, patient and positive attitude
  • Genuine love for working with young children
  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS and a commitment to high-quality practice
