Role Details:
Are you a Change Manager with deep expertise in change methodologies such as ADKAR and Kotter? Are you ready to join a leading global professional services firm and play a pivotal role in driving transformation? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a Change Manager, you'll take ownership of developing and delivering change strategies across high-impact initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining change management approaches, assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and managing resistance - all while ensuring the success of key transformation projects.
We're looking for someone who's not only methodical but also innovative - someone who can adapt and tailor change delivery approaches to meet evolving challenges. A hands-on mindset and a sharp eye for detail are essential to thrive in this role.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique
The UK Global Broking Centre (GBC) places $9.9B GWP with the London market annually. To optimize client access to London Market capacity, the GBC is undergoing a major transformation to digitize operations and implement a new Target Operating Model. This initiative will introduce new ways of working and leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Change Manager, you will:
- Lead the change management approach across the project, aligning with other GBC initiatives.
- Define and execute the change management strategy and plan.
- Manage the change team and collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers, as well as business leaders.
- Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to influence and ensure delivery of project outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall project strategy and execution.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex change initiatives, ideally with London Market experience.
- Strong skills in assessing change impact and delivering effective mitigation plans.
- Experience leading change teams, including communications and training delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and time management capabilities.
