Gardener - Our clients, a traditional country estate, are looking for a Gardener to join their dedicated team based just south of Swaffham, Norfolk, to help to maintain the estate gardens, with occasional travel to London property.

About the role:
Our clients are on the lookout for a dedicated Gardener to join their team. The role will be to work as part of an estate team maintaining and enhancing clients. The role is based at the estate in Norfolk but there is occasional travel required (1 - 2 days a month on a rota basis) to the family's London residence too. Your working hours would be Monday - Friday (45 hours per week) with occasional weekend work, on a rota basis and paid back in Time in Lieu.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for a variety of plants, flowers, and landscapes, ensuring their health and vitality.
- Collaborate with team members to implement landscaping projects that meet client expectations.
- Assist in the planning and planting of seasonal flowers and garden beds, bringing creativity to each project.
- Monitor and manage garden pests and diseases, utilising sustainable practises whenever possible.
About You:
As the successful Gardener, will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally in private home or estate, with a passion for horticulture. You must have a strong work ethic and flexibility. Able to work alone, as part of the wider outdoor estate team with a willingness to support the internal estate team when needed. You will need to have a clean driving licence and be over 25 years old (for insurance purposes) to drive the estate vehicles.
