Overview: Ashiks Chicken Kebabs Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. We are looking for someone who is punctual, computer savvy, and ready to go above and beyond to ensure our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain our EPOS system.
Make and receive incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
Process orders, manage stock levels, and review balances.
Verify and check orders for accuracy.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of staff training procedures.
Provide general administrative support to ensure an efficient working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role (experience with EPOS systems is highly desirable).
Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Excellent computer and communication skills.
Highly punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
A willingness to take on extra responsibilities when needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: Start at 6:30 AM
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Employment Terms:
This position is subject to a six-month probation period, during which your performance will be reviewed. Successful completion of the probation period is required for continued employment.
