We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team, overseeing multiple sites within our flagship account. This role is your chance to redefine world-class workplace dining, drive commercial success, and build strong client partnerships in the hospitality and food service sector.

As Operations Manager, you'll lead with a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach—ensuring that our hospitality offering remains innovative, competitive, and consistently exceeds client expectations.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence in Service Offerings: Ensure the delivery of exceptional food products and services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Regularly review this with key Managers and refine the food offering to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.

Client Relationship Management: Nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and guaranteeing client satisfaction to build loyalty and support business growth. Provide proactive, relevant recommendations that enhance trust and foster long-term loyalty.

Team Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the service delivery team. Motivate, guide, and empower team members with clear objectives and the resources needed for success. Focus on creating opportunities for feedback and personal development, aiming to boost morale, drive performance, and support professional growth.

Financial and Account Management: Oversee the financial operations within your area working with the Account Director and Head of Finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage and strategies marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring effective execution to meet and exceed business goals.

  • Strong financial & commercial acumen, with a strategic mindset

  • A genuine love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
