Summary

Central Information Service Administrator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Central Information Services Team (CIS), at Newcastle College.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised Central Information Services Administrator to join our team at Rye Hill Campus on a part time basis. This front-facing reception role is primarily carried out during twilight hours, with flexible and independent working arrangements during term time. Outside of term time, the role also includes broader administrative duties across the service.

Hours: 15 hours per week

  • Term Time: Tuesday - Thursday, 4pm - 9.00pm
  • Non-Term Time: Tuesday - Thursday, 9.30am - 2.30pm

Summary of the main purpose of role:

To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to internal and external customers as part of the cross-college administration team.

To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role.

To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high-quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment.

An understanding of educational systems and processes would be beneficial.
