Please see leaflet attached for further information. Posts may involve working long days/nights, weekends, bank holidays, Easter and Christmas and this would be explained and negotiated at interview or on successful appointment. You will be required to complete the Care Certificate qualification as part of your on-going training. The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors. The qualification is made up of the 15 minimum standards that should be covered if you are 'new to care' and will form part of a robust induction programme. *If you are currently undertaking this apprenticeship or have previously completed this apprenticeship or equivalent programme of study please do not apply for any further eligibility queries please emaildbth.apprentices@nhs.net Please note, sponsorship is not available for this role.
