Summary
Our excellent client in Northampton is looking for a Client Payment Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be working for a well-established and reputable local business that truly values and encourages its employees.
In this role, previous office experience is NOT required, therefore, this position could suit someone early into their professional career, however it is essential that you are a confident individual who is comfortable communicating with both internal and external individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Help track and record client payments accurately in the system.
- Assist with making payments to clients.
- Checking financial documents and statements for accuracy.
- Help process invoices, staff expenses, and company card transactions.
- Add costs to client accounts and make sure records are kept up to date.
- Respond to questions from suppliers or other teams in the business.
- Help manage and respond to emails in the finance email inbox.
- Support the team by helping with general finance tasks when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits including:
