Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with autism? We're a specialist school in Surrey for pupils aged 4-19, and we're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team this September.

We're transforming lives through our high-quality learning environment built on the Comprehensive Application of Behaviour Analysis to Schooling (CABAS). We believe every pupil can reach their full potential with structured, individualised support.

What You'll Do

As a Learning Support Worker, you'll be crucial to our pupils' success. You'll:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs.
  • Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff.
  • Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress.
  • Support pupils in developing vital communication, social, and life skills.
  • Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with:

  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A willingness to learn and apply behaviour analysis principles (full training provided).
  • Experience in similar settings is a plus, but not essential.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking school that truly makes an impact. We offer:

  • Extensive training in CABAS, equipping you with valuable skills.
  • A supportive, collaborative staff environment where teamwork thrives.
  • The chance to be part of a school that's genuinely transforming lives.
