Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Daily Rate £120 - £130 (depending on experience)
A secondary SEN setting in South East London is looking for a qualified HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA to play a vital role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
Requirements:

Must hold a HLTA qualification (essential)

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in a secondary school or specialist provision
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in a secondary school or specialist provision

Confident leading small group work and supporting class teachers with planning and delivery

A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teaching and learning across the school
