SEN Teaching Assistants - Long-Term Opportunities

Lambeth Borough | Start: September 2025 | Temp-to-Perm Roles Available

We are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and inclusive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Lambeth, currently seeking several experienced and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for long-term positions beginning in September 2025. These roles offer a temp-to-perm pathway, providing an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent post within a nurturing, specialist school environment.

This respected SEN setting supports pupils with a wide range of complex learning, communication, and behavioural needs. As such, prior experience working in an SEN environment is essential. The school is committed to inclusive, child-centred education and fosters a collaborative, supportive staff culture.

Training in British Sign Language (BSL) is highly desirable, although not essential. Candidates with experience in Team Teach or similar de-escalation techniques will also be highly regarded.

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

Proven experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
