We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded 'Outstanding' Primary School in Enfield, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN EYFS / Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone passionate about nurturing young learners during their vital early stages of development.
As a member of the Early Years team, you'll play a key part in supporting children aged 2-4, including those with mild Special Educational Needs. Working both 1:1 and in small groups, you'll help deliver targeted interventions in phonics, reading, writing, and early communication skills. Your role will focus on encouraging holistic development, fostering curiosity, and helping pupils thrive in a positive and inclusive environment.
