Are you ready to make a real difference in a child's learning journey? Long Term Futures are working with a nurturing primary school in North Surrey, who is looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistants, and Behaviour Mentors to join their fantastic team!

We are actively recruiting for:
- Teaching Assistants: Provide crucial support in the classroom, assisting teachers and helping pupils thrive.
- Nursery Assistants (Level 3): Play a vital role in our early years setting, guiding and nurturing our youngest learners.
- Behaviour Mentors: Empower children to develop positive behaviour strategies and foster a calm, inclusive atmosphere.
Your Contribution Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality support and supervision for children.
- Facilitating engaging educational activities and learning experiences.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and providing individual or small group support.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
We're Looking for Individuals Who Are:
- Experienced: You'll have prior experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Qualified: Nursery Assistant applicants must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Proactive: You're comfortable and capable of helping to manage challenging behaviour, especially if applying for a Behaviour Mentor role.
- Collaborative: You possess a passion for supporting children, patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and a true team spirit.
